We want you to love your "Handmade Happiness." If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns within 7 days of delivery.

Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn, unused, and in its original packaging.

Please Note: Because our products are handcrafted using real pressed flowers and leaves, slight variations in color, size, and botanical placement are natural. These unique characteristics are not considered defects, but rather the beauty of handmade art.

Customized or personalized orders.

Items marked as "Final Sale."

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they arrive defective or damaged during transit. If you need an exchange for the exact same item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at artatwilderness@gmail.com
